This can be a complicated question dependent on how you perform on your fitness assessment and strength assessment.
As a general rule:
Soccer: Court Sport, but somewhat dependent on your coach's fitness expectations/testing
Lacrosse (men's and women's): follow Field Sport or Court Sport training for preseason preparation - this is dependent on your physical needs, in most cases 'CS' is the better approach.
Field Hockey: Court Sport or Strength and Power Sport (W)- dependent on your risk of weight gain and your coach's emphasis on fitness/team tests
Ice Hockey: Strength and Power Sports (P)
