The explanations of Plyo and speed drills are only found in Vol 3 footage. A PDF file is embedded with Volume 1 that diagrams Agility Drills and Conditioning Drills are also described in an embedded file
Insert the DVD into your computers CD/DVD drive. Open the disk as you would a normal storage disk. Folders and files will be revealed for you to open or drag to your desktop for easy reference
This video is predominately aimed at strength training, and learning techniques related to strength training – you have been provided additional training modalities like workout sequences for speed, agility, and power production as a bonus, but the video description for these modalities is contained on Volume 3 of this series.

  3. If you are looking for a file mentioned on the “What’s Next” page of the Start Here Guide, a quick reference is color based – files listed in blue are on Volume 1, and files in Red are on Volume 3
  1. see the first page of the file to determine how you want to look of the exercise
  2. note the volume of the series your exercise is found on, and locate the section and subsection you need to access on the DVD
  3. If after trying steps 1-3 you still cannot find the right footage
  4. Visit the update page by clicking here and see if the item is listed
  5. If the item is not listed, PLEASE contact us so we can guide you, or be alerted to missing information
  1. if you have completed the final lift card in a particular training period (i.e. you just finished the introductory lift card, or the final workout card in the preseason preparation period) visit the last page of the Start Here Guide to see what’s next
  2. if you have finished a 1st cycle in the preseason preparation period, you simply proceeded to the 2nd cycle of training in your particular performance pathway
  3. if you have finished 1st or 2nd cycle in the offseason training period, bottom of the second page of the lifting card will give you options of where to proceed – determined by when in your training calendar you realistically are.
This can be a complicated question dependent on how you perform on your fitness assessment and strength assessment.
As a general rule:
Soccer: Court Sport, but somewhat dependent on your coach's fitness expectations/testing
Lacrosse (men's and women's): follow Field Sport or Court Sport training for preseason preparation - this is dependent on your physical needs, in most cases 'CS' is the better approach.
Field Hockey: Court Sport or Strength and Power Sport (W)- dependent on your risk of weight gain and your coach's emphasis on fitness/team tests
Ice Hockey: Strength and Power Sports (P)
